Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our made to order products and business model, we do not carry inventory and do not accept returns, except for printing/embroidery errors or product defects.

We truly hope that you enjoy your purchase, and so if it doesn’t work out, we’d like to understand what went wrong.

Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and include a clear photo of the printing/embroidery error or product defect, with the full product visible, laid flat, in a well lit environment.

Please do not mail back a return unless we’ve confirmed printing/embroidery error or product defect, and instructed to do so.

You can find the return address printed on your shipment package. If you can’t find the original packaging, contact us for return details.

Returned items will be inspected within a reasonable time and must be in new unused/unworn/unwashed condition before your refund or reprint is processed.

If determined the product is not in new condition you can either pay a processing + shipping fee to have it shipped back to you, or we will donate it to charity.

Exchanges / Reprints

Due to the nature of our made to order products, we do not carry inventory and do not offer size exchanges.

If there was a printing/embroidery error or product defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with a clear photo of the issue.

Once we’ve confirmed the error or defect, we will initiate a reprint and cover the full cost including shipping.

Returned Due to Wrong Address

If the address is wrong or missing any details, the courier will send the package back to our fulfillment partner.

You will have 15 days to contact us with a corrected or new address, and we will send an invoice to pay for reshipping cost.

If you do not let us know within 15 days, our fulfillment partner will donate your order to charity at that time.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Due to the nature of our made to order business, the fulfillment process begins as soon as your order is submitted.

Therefore we cannot and do not guarantee change requests or cancellations are possible.

If you have a shipping address change, or insert note addition/change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to make these changes prior to your order being packaged.

But again, it’s important to note: change requests are not guaranteed.
