If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please include a clear photo for any printing/embroidery errors or product defects.
We truly hope you enjoy your purchase, but if it doesn’t work out, we’d like to understand what went wrong.
Due to the nature of our made to order products and business model, we do not carry inventory and do not accept returns.
Please do not send us a return without first making contact.
If instructed to make a return, we will deduct the following from your return:
$8 for the first item and $3 for each additional item (additional $3 deduction per item for AK, HI, and any regions outside USA).
Fasten the return label securely to the return package and drop it off at any US Post Office Mailbox.
You can find the return address printed on your shipment package. If you can’t find the original packaging, contact us for return details.
