Products
We use eco-friendly apparel and inks in all production. This includes shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs.
Graphics are printed using water-based inks that are Oeko-Tex certified, which means they are nontoxic and safe for anyone, including babies and children.
You can find additional details about product manufacturing under the Details section on each product page.
Sizing charts can be found on individual product pages. There are different size charts for men’s/unisex, women’s and kids/youth/toddler/baby short-sleeve tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, and long-sleeve tees.
Just click the “Size Chart & Info” tab on product pages to view.
Printed Apparel:
Machine-wash cold, inside out with like colors and on a gentle cycle. You can tumble dry on low, but hang-drying is best. Don’t iron the print.
Embroidered Hats:
To clean embroidered hats, use a damp cloth on spots needing attention. For deeper cleaning, hand-wash gently with cold water (no brushes). Avoid machine-washing, bleaching, tumble-drying, ironing, or dry-cleaning.
Ordering
You will receive an email to notify you that your order was successfully placed.
If you do not receive, please check your spam folder and white-list hi@wrdmrk.com for future notifications.
Contact us if you can’t find and we will resend your confirmation.
Once your order has been printed, packaged and shipped, you will receive another email notification with shipping tracking info.
We do offer occasional discounted items and sales.
Sign up for our e-newsletter to receive periodic updates and deals.
For first time buyers, you can use the code FRSTMRK for 10% off of your order.
You can enter a Coupon/Promo Code on either the cart or checkout pages when you are ready to checkout.
You can add a short personalized message that will be included on the package insert.
At the bottom of the checkout page, check the box that says “Add a note to your order” and write your gift message.
We’ll make sure to add it to the insert.
Please note: gift messages are limited to 200 characters. An optional subject line can include an additional 80 characters.
Payments
If an item is marked down within two weeks from your order date, let us know and you’ll receive a WRDMRK credit for the difference.
Price adjustments aren’t effective during sales events including Black Friday weekend, Cyber Monday, and other events.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club via our secure payment processor: Stripe.
If preferred, you can also securely checkout via PayPal.
Your credit card info is never stored on any WRDMRK servers.
Shipping
Shipping prices vary by country.
Most items have a flat shipping fee in the U.S. The fee depends on the quantity and size of the products in your order.
All U.S. orders over $50 include a free shipping option that you can select on the cart or checkout pages.
At this time, we do not offer an expedited shipping option.
The more items you order, the lower the shipping price is per item.
If you have a particularly large custom order, just let us know and we will see how we can best accommodate.
Processing and printing/embroidery takes 2-4 business days for most orders. Once your order is printed, quality checked and packaged it is immediately shipped by our fulfillment partner.
Note: A delay of up to 5 business days is possible due to fulfillment backlogs or supply chain issues.
If a specific size & color variation displays “Available on back order” please allow an additional 5-15 business days.

Once your order has been processed and printed, these are the average shipping times that can be expected:
USA: 2-4 business days
Canada: 2 days in Ontario, 4-5 days to other provinces
Europe: 5-8 days
Australia & NZ: 2-5 business days
All other allowed shipping locations: 2-10 business days

Total Delivery Time (fulfillment+shipping) on average in the U.S. is 4-8 business days.
You will receive a notification email with your shipment tracking details after your order has been printed, packaged and shipped.
Returns
Please visit the returns page for the details, including for exchanges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and let us know what happened. We value your happiness.
Account
No. By creating an account though, you have more opportunities for future exclusive discounts, and the checkout process will be quicker and easier.
Once you have an account, you will be able to view your recent orders, change your saved address or default payment method and edit other account details.
We need an email address in order to authenticate your account.
You will need to set a password as well.
We allow you to save a reference to a card for future purchases. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
If you need a password to be reset please visit the password reset page. You can also find a “Forgot Password” link on the My Account page.
